Meet Erin
Hi there! I’m Erin Draper, welcome to Evolve Esthetique!
I decided to open a private practice nestled on the Brandywine River after spending 18 years of my esthetic career in a traditional day spa setting in Wilmington, Delaware. Here I am able to immerse myself in the grounding experience nature offers, while also providing customized facial treatments and waxing services. My practice and my interests have become more attuned with progressive, non-invasive treatments that assist and stimulate the skin in repair and rejuvenation.
I’m a firm believer in communication and building trust; it’s a two way street. I attribute much of my personal growth to those people who have held me accountable, professionally and personally. I am fascinated and inspired by the diversity of women I interact with on a daily basis. Caring for your skin is an evolution and it’s never too early or late to begin your journey.
"Human connection is really important to me. As much as I guide others, I really feel like my work and my clients guide me."
I have an interest in all things vintage. I see history and a story, and not the age of an object. I apply this approach to my skincare philosophy and practice. The skin is a map that reveals our personal history. I appreciate and enjoy the diversity and beauty in everyone and I want women to feel confident in their own skin at every age.
My Educational Journey
After graduating Valedictorian of my class from Von Lee School of Aesthetics, under the direction of the late Carole Walderman, I wanted an in depth understanding of skin regeneration and how the skin is impacted and restored through advanced procedures. This led me to work with Dr. Donald Kress at Elan Plastic Surgery Center.
Thirsty for more knowledge about chemical peeling, product technology, and an advanced understanding of skin physiology, I read all of the doctor’s saved medical documents (back when everything was Xeroxed and saved in a filing cabinet!). The opportunity to learn one-on-one from Dr. Kress and my time there was integral to advancing my understanding of the skin and how it regenerates through advanced treatments.
Certifications and Accolades:
I am always advancing my education, researching, testing/experimenting, and expanding how I apply modalities. I am a perfectionist at heart and I’m always looking for ways to enhance my clients’ experience.

Outside the Treatment Room:
Culture and people fascinate me! I'm a constant learner and observer, always looking to do things in new and better ways.
Traveling, immersing myself in different ways of life, and exploring remote places, fills my cup.
I value experiences over materialism, and look forward to returning to international travel after COVID-19. My husband wants to visit Bhutan, and I would like to explore Easter Island and the Galapagos.
I love antique markets, art, and architecture. Stepping back into life 100 years ago and marveling at the craftsmanship, quality, and time it took to create beauty in mundane objects is one of my “escapes.”
I enjoy a plant-based lifestyle. I’ve been vegan curious from time to time, but lack the time and experience in the kitchen to truly enjoy a healthy vegan lifestyle.
I've always had a strong work ethic, which I attribute to my parents.
