Policies and Procedures
Thank you for choosing me to be your aesthetician and for giving me the opportunity to partner with you on your skin care evolution. Please read the following policies, as I believe that setting expectations is critical to the success of our time together.
Arrival:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This ensures that you will be relaxed and get the most out of your treatment. Please set reminders in your phone and use apps like Waze to prevent you from arriving late. Newcomers, the studio is a little tricky to find the first time you visit.
New facial clients, please make sure your forms have been filled out prior to arrival. The Healthy History & Skin Analysis will take 15-20 minutes to fill out and must be completed before any treatment or advice can be provided.
Cancellations:
Evolve has a firm cancellation policy. All appointments are to be cancelled at a minimum of 72 hours before the appointment is scheduled. Appointments cancelled after 72 hours will be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service. Cancellations on day of appointment, and all no-shows, will be charged 100% of reserved service. While I do maintain a wait list, as a solo practitioner I can't work that list to backfill cancellations received the day of appointment. For cancellations received less than 72 hours, the 50% cancellation fee will be refunded if I can rebook that time.
Late Arrival:
For skincare appointments, should life get in the way, I will modify our remaining time to complete your service, but you will be charged for the appointment reserved. For waxing appointments, please keep in mind most of these appointments are scheduled in a 15 minute window. Therefore, if you are more than 5 minutes late I will not be able to see you and you will be charged 50% of the reserved service.
Refunds:
All sales are final. There are no refunds on cancellation/no show fees, services rendered, retail products, or gift card purchases. Gift cards are valid at the purchase price for one year. After one year, gift cards lose 25% of their original value every 3 months, and gift cards are void after 24 months.
Online Purchases:
All sales are final. There are no refunds from the online store. I encourage everyone to schedule a virtual consultation or facial treatment to prevent making a purchase that makes you or your skin unhappy.
